COFIGESTION was established in 2006, it invests in Europe and abroad in real estate, retail and private equity.

With 30 years long experience in real estate and retail, the founder of COFIGESTION has a strong technical, financial, legal and administrative expertise, which provides COFIGESTION with a wide, diversified and value-creating scope of action.

Our development activity is mainly focused on Brussels and its surroundings, from the purchase of land all the way to the building and sale of properties.

The retail activity is operated under franchise for major international names and is run by local teams with extensive experience in retail management.
